Shantanu Surpure

Shantanu Surpure is an experienced corporate and securities lawyer. Shantanu has represented venture capital and private equity funds, family offices, entrepreneurs, emerging companies and established companies in corporate securities, M&A, capital markets, energy transition, web3, VC/PE and fund formation matters and transactions. Shantanu is admitted to practice law in California, New York, Nevada, India, Hong Kong(pending), England and Wales and is fluent in Hindi and Marathi. Shantanu holds degrees from Brown University/London School of Economics, Oxford University (MA Juris) and Columbia Law School (JD).
Asad Khan

Asad Khan has a 15+ year background in impact driven works encompassing; healthcare, water, energy, mining, and information technology infrastructure sectors. He holds extensive experience in government relations, corporate development, international business and macro-level policy. Asad’s works have contemporaneously advanced thought leadership and innovation objectives, interfacing with multiple governments globally and associated transnational think tanks. He holds degrees from Southbank Institute of Technology (Australia), University of East Anglia (UK) and University of the Arts, London (UK).
